Reservations:

We always suggest reserving your appointment in advance to assure you get the appointment time, service, and therapist you prefer.

If your therapist has given you a plan of care schedule, it is best to follow that schedule so you receive the fastest, most comprehensive results possible.

At times we do have last minute openings in the schedule, so of course you can always call the same day if you decide you would like to come in and we will do our best to squeeze you in.

Because we believe in the importance of getting you the appropriate care as soon as possible, we do our best to get you an appointment right away.

To accommodate those of you who are in pain or have experienced a recent injury, we leave one 'emergency' visit spot open each day.

Please call 415-921-1290 right away if you need a last-minute emergency appointment.

If you have experienced a recent injury or surgery or if you have a case in which we will bill your insurance, we will attain verification of coverage and authorization, and when needed, a medical prescription for care prior to seeing you.

Call us for more details on whether we can bill your insurance if you have been injured in a car accident, sports, or other accident.

 

When calling to book your appointment please advise the receptionist if:

  • You will be redeeming a coupon, discount, gift card or gift certificate
  • You have a preference for a male or female therapist
  • You have any unusual circumstance the therapist should be aware of in advance
  • You would like us to arrange a cab to pick you up after your sessiondivider_content

Re-Scheduling Policy:

Because your therapist reserves their time for your session, please give at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling to avoid paying the full value of the service.

(Because we may turn people away for the time that is held for you, the re-scheduling policy still applies even if you made the appointment on the same day or are moving your time later in the same day.)

Emergencies are handled on an individual basis, at your provider's discretion.
We all appreciate your understanding of the policy and appreciate your trust.

Gratuities:

People wonder about if and how much to tip.

Of course your therapist appreciates knowing you think they've done an exceptional job.

Each of our services are handled differently.
Tips are appropriate for Massage Services, but not for Rehabilitation Therapy, Ergonomic Consultations, or Fitness & Weight-Management Programs.

 

Instead of a gratuity, the best form of acknowledgement is when you Refer your friends and leave us a 5-star review online!
